Grievances Redress Mechanism (GRM)
Ministry of Health has introduced a formal and standard grievances handling mechanism to the Sri Lankan health System.
Under this GRM, a National Call Center was established with the Name “Suwasawana”
A grievance redress unit is being established in all health institution of Gampaha district to handle the grievance forwarded to them through Electronic system.
General public or the Health Staff can Lodge their grievance through
